Ground shaking is rarely the cause of injuries during an earthquake. Most injuries and deaths associated with earthquakes are caused by collapsing walls, buildings and dropping objects. I think one of the most important facets of an earthquake plan is the drills. They allow you to see how well things operate and to correct any problems.   Life-saving actions must be taken immediately durinh a harmful earthquake. Ways to an Adaptable Country

What are the best ways that we can do towards a more resilient Philippines? How can we do it? When? Or should we disregard this?  No matter how much falls on us. We keep plowing ahead. That's the only way to keep the roads clear. During this pandemic we should be more adaptable. As a Filipino citizen, we can help our country to be more resilient in many ways. We should bear this characteristics in our minds. Competence, comfidence, connection, character, contribution, coping and control. If we have this 7 C's in our minds. It is rasier to know how to handle stressful situations effectively, engaging support of others, adaptability to change faith and recognition of limits to control.  If we happen to have those characteristics, we can help our country to be more resilient and irrepressible. http://www.artizone.in/resilience-could-impact-your-life/

However some schools also provide modular (printed) learning wherein for me this is more effective than the online learning modality. This is more appropriate especially younger ones.  Lets fight this pandemic and cont...
