I think one of the most important facets of an earthquake plan is the drills. They allow you to see how well things operate and to correct any problems. Life-saving actions must be taken immediately durinh a harmful earthquake. There will be no time to make a decision, what to try and to do next. Everyone already has to understand how to retort properly. Further life saving measures like emergency evacuation or attention administratiom may be well required after an earthquake.
